Q: I must have an insurance policy that is rated “A” or better by A.M. Best ... can you meet that requirement?

A: Yes, our current underwriter, Riverport Insurance Company, has an “A+” rating from A.M. Best

Q: Can you provide commercial general liability insurance policies for all 50 states?

A: No, we can insure in every state except for Louisiana. For information, a vendor must also be located in the United States.

Q: Where is your office located and how long have you been in business?

A: Our office is located in Allen, Texas just north of Dallas, and we have been providing specialty insurance products for over 20 years.

Q: I need my insurance policy now. How long will it take me before I receive confirmation of coverage?

A: Minutes after you make your purchase, the Acord 25 Certificates of Insurance will be emailed to you in PDF format.

Q: What proof will I receive showing I have purchased your insurance?

A: You will receive a payment receipt first, followed in a few minutes by certificates of insurance in a PDF file through your email. Then, you will be able to print, fax, or email them to your event organizer or anyone that may need them.

Q: What about the “Additional Insured's” I am being required to add to my insurance policy?

A: We can provide you with “Additional Insured’s” on a separate certificate at no additional fee!!
